Is the Conflict Challenge based on real cases?
No. Every name, firm and facility is fictional. The patterns are real: a defendant facility that shares a parent company with the facility where you work, and opposing counsel from a firm that retained you before.
How does ConflictPro catch these at intake?
It checks every new engagement against your case history, the side you were on, the firms that retained you, your employers and facilities, and the companies that own those facilities. The result is logged with a date as Cleared, Soft Flag or Hard Conflict.
